The Custom 22/12 features a hum-single-hum pickup configuration, a newly designed, fully intonatable 12-string bridge, and special humbucking pickups, specifically designed for 12-string guitars. Based on the knowledge gained through PRS's years of building private stock 12-strings, this electric guitar incorporates the special neck dimensions, nut spacing, bridge design, fingerboard radius, string gauge, and specialized set-up specifications that made the custom-built instruments so sought after. Finely crafted with a carved, figured maple top; mahogany back and neck; rosewood fretboard; pearl and abalone moon inlays; and a special 12-string neck carve.
