Fender Artist Series guitars are named for guitar legends and built to their specs. The Billy Corgan Stratocaster joins the list of esteemed artists-designed instruments on that roster. This Signature model was made to Corgan's exact specs to create his famous mid-'90s buzzsaw tone. This electric guitar features 1 special design Dimarzio Billy Corgan single-spaced humbucking pickup (neck), 1 Dimarzio Chopper pickup (middle), and 1 special design Dimarzio Billy Corgan single-spaced humbucking pickup (Bridge) to produce all the distinctive tones used by Corgan. Other unique attributes featured on this model include a maple fingerboard with a 9.5" radius, American Strat strings-through-body hard tail bridge with stainless steel saddles, original body shape with "original contour body" decal on headstock, white plastic parts, a large 70s style headstock shape with large headstock logo, and a satin nitrocellulose lacquer body finish. Comes with a vintage tweed case.
